End-to-End Service Scope
Controlled failure isolation, not just part replacement
Engineering value comes from isolating the real fault and validating the fix, not swapping parts until the symptom disappears. Every unit moves through the same disciplined flow.
Intake
Receive the unit, capture identifiers, inspect condition, and open a route record.
Isolate
Diagnostic and telemetry review to find the actual fault before any repair begins.
Remediate
Component, sub-assembly, connector, and configuration work as the fault requires.
Validate
Retest to spec, restore the unit to shippable condition, and close out serialization.
Extending into liquid cooling
Liquid cooling is one of the most under-served areas in AI aftermarket support, and a natural extension of our board and thermal-adjacent work. We service the coolant path and thermal assemblies alongside the boards they sit on, with documented inspection, electrical verification, and controlled fill and pack-out, and we continue to expand this capability with our program partners.

Cold plate and manifold work across partner programs, with documented inspection, connector evaluation, and electrical verification on GB200-class assemblies.

CDU and heat-exchanger warranty-repair readiness: building the repair flow, specialized tooling, documentation, and QA controls for repeatable execution.
