Marek May
Chief Executive Officer
Marek joined CSAT Solutions in June 2021. He is a proven transformation leader with over 26 years of Operations experience in automotive, heavy industrial, and HVAC experience. Marek comes to CSAT Solutions from JB Poindexter and Company as Senior VP Operations and prior to that, he served as the Senior VP Operations for Oshkosh Corporation. Marek holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Masters of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
Paul McCutcheon
President
Paul is president of CSAT Solutions and was the founder of the predecessor company of Computer Technology Solutions (CTS). Since 1992, Paul had built a successful business providing Repair Services and Reverse Logistics Services to key electronics customers worldwide. Prior to founding CTS, Paul served as Service Engineering Manager at Texas Instruments and later as WW Services Manager at Texas Instruments. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
Jason Lu
Chief Technology Officer
Jason is a highly accomplished technology executive with more than 20 years of experience. Jason has created and developed world-class teams in both technical and non-technical environments. He has an extensive background in leading, coaching, and mentoring technology teams to drive innovation while delivering highly complex technology products and portfolios for billion-dollar enterprises. Jason has deep expertise in IT transformation, enterprise-wide ERP/CRM/HCM program deployment, software development, technology strategy, organization development, multi-million dollar budget administration, and team leadership.
Megha Maheshwari
Chief Operating Officer
Megha started at CSAT in 2011. Prior to joining CSAT, she spearheaded large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives at Omnicomm Systems in Florida. Megha uses agile methodologies and innovative solutions to drive excellence in the Operations, Engineering and Quality teams that she leads. Megha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and MS in Biomedical Engineering from Wayne State University.
Bob Donovan
Business Unit General Manager
Bob joined CSAT Solutions in May 2020. Bob has been in Reverse Logistics and After Market Services for over 20 years. Prior to joining CSAT, Bob was Director of Depot Services for Lenovo in the EMEA region and Worldwide team. Prior to that Bob spent 10 years with Solectron/Flex as a Program Manager for Global Services managing major customers such as IBM, Dell, Apple and HP.
Rick Repsold
Business Unit General Manager
Rick has over 20 years of experience in the aftermarket logistics and repair industries. Prior to joining CSAT, he held positions as Managing Partner at an IT consulting firm, Vice President of Commercial Products division at an industry-leading EAM and MRO software firm, and various leadership roles at major IT Products and Services delivery companies. In his previous roles, he has led company expansions and transformations globally, including in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
